Ingredients:
Boiled eggs - 7
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic - 12 cloves
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Bay leaf -1
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
