green chilli paste 2 tbsp
coriander powder 2-1/2 tbsp
roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
cumin 1 tbsp
nigella seeds 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
garam masala 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
sesame seeds 1 cup
peanuts 1 cup
grated coconut 2 cups
tamarind juice 1 cup
tomatoes 5
bamboo green chillies & curry leaves 100 gms
