@Chimera262 okay, here's the run down: When Hellsing came out as a manga, they first made an tv-anime out of it (the one you have watched). But the tv-series caught up with the manga so quick they chose to go another way with the storyline to something...completely different from the manga. Kotha Hirano, the mangaka, was really disapointed with this so another studio began to make the series: Hellsing Ultimate(also known as Hellsing OVA) that follow the manga storyline. and this is it

Am I the only one who notices that they bless Alucards, Alexanders, Seras, and other note worthy characters weapons to be able to kill vampires but give regular guns to soldiers and expect the same result? If the Wild Gesse soldier's bullets had been blessed then they would have done MUCH more damage then they did.
