Wow this seems like such a nice box, I really enjoy the theme of protection and items in here seem solid. The price also seems pretty fair for the box as well, which is something I always worry about with subscription boxes. Overall I'm glad this box is restoring you feelings for this kind of thing, they're my favorite thing that you open on the channel but I could definitely tell you were getting frustrated with the boxes as time went on and it's understandable why you were. Though yeah, I too wish they would be more specific about ingredients in everything, like you I enjoy knowing so that maybe I could make my own. Rituals and whatnot are interesting to me but I think what intrigues me most about witchcraft is well, the crafting!

Definitely try to get hold of a copy of Psychic Self Défense by Dion Fortune. It's an old book but I find her stuff still relevant especially when defending ones home, loved ones and your self against negative energy. Also, if you can get hold of a little bunch of Rowan (Mountain Ash) leaves and berries, tie them in a bow with a red ribbon and hang in each door to the outside of your home. Nothing bad can pass this.

The book will give you recipes but do what I said about the Rowan and Dion Fortune's book...lots of people can generate negative thought forms if you will, even unconsciously, but thé more I hear about your problem the more I can see it affecting you...I started at the earliest videos and you do apoear much more stressed at this point. At the beginning you just seemed like someone who was enjoying finding out about an interesting topic. Please don't let them get to you. If you have done any visualisation, try visualising a blue ball of positive light that's surrounding you and your family/living space, imagine it is a big ball that is all around you underneath and above. It is impenetrable, you have to work on concentration a bit but you can train yourself by using candle magick...you stick a needle in to the candle (you have to know roughly how fast it burns, set your concentration times and when the needle falls out thats your session over. Keep doing this and start including the protective light ball. I am trying to remember any other quick ways of controlling concentration but what I already said is pretty basic. ...don't make the times ridiculously long. ..just a couple of minutes at first...the candle is just like an egg timer but doing the setting up of the candle etc puts you in the right mindset.
