The defence attorneys don't show real effort, if they for their defence require a more detailed or extensive map than the one supplied by prosecution, THEY CAN FIND IT THEMSELVES AND DO SOME HOMEWORK. THEY CAN MAKE THE EFFORT FOR THEIR CLIENTS INSTEAD OF BEING SPOONFED.

I humbly beg to differ with u on that one, the state is legally bound to disclose all the evidence it has and are within their knowledge, I relation to the case it contents to prove its position on.They can't just chip and chop the evidence as they please.

Jaaaa aaaaiii!😏😏. I hate the word incompetent but the advocates display signs of incompetence. You can't be controlled by an accused. The accused lie a lot. Now the defence keep on asking for postponements do that they can go and find ways to counteract the lies that were told by their accused. You will see, the same Mnisi with a listening disorder will keep on rising in objection when those maps that he is demanding get complicated. He will blame Sibanda or Baloyi for picking and choosing yet he is the one who is not following. No one is going to babysit in court and explain the maps. He will have to listen.
