Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu, says more work needs to be done by her department to ensure that child support grant recipients get adequate help to alleviate poverty.
Zulu says the Reducing Child Poverty report found that in South Africa child poverty remains racially and geographically distorted, with black children living in rural areas most likely to be poor.
