The president may be from the ANC. That doesn't mean it's an ANC government. It is a mixed government with mixed ideas and they will collectively have to reach concensus on policy and direction by vote, not by dictate of the president or ANC.

Cabinet lekgotlas for the past 30 years have brought nothing but misery particularly to the majority of Black South Africans` and with this so called GNU or "new dawn" 2.0 the worst is still to come,cry our beloved country,thanks to ramaphosa.
