As this milestone is recognised, a fifth phase of the programme is being launched in East London.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is addressing the event.

You can find council office in your area, and they will register you to the epwp database and when there is projects in your erea you will be called

also visit provincial departments in your area, ask them to put you on their database.

Mr President pls I can see you are trying to help the ppl of s.a, but the way i have .seen things the problem lies with provincial government & local government which is the municipality's, they don't pay the ppl on time and recently you have signed the minimum wage into laws, but they still pay the ppl under five thousand rand
