It seems the NPA drags its heels so that the guilty are able to keep delaying and delaying. Hlope delayed his case over and over again for years before he was actually impeached. This is a common catastrophe within the NPA and they need to tighten up the rules of court, and bring back the respect the law deserves. Unfortunately this is about much higher up bodies than Malema and his cohorts, it involves many people. They should be held on bracelets so that they can be tracked. Their bank accounts frozen and a new monitored account opened for their income and stock take of assets. A lot of money is going to disappear while the wait goes on.
