Sir ...LLB DEGREE verification mein concealment of material fact ka kya effect hota h....kai advocate bar council ya bar association mein apni govt ya semi govt ya private job ki details nahi dete h...aur aaj bhi practice kar rahe h ...kya past kisi bhi state mein ya kahi pvt job ki details dena zaruri hota h ....???? verification mein batana zaruri h ... Sir Am having doubt in third Point in Section 24A, that removed or dismissed on any charge involved moral turpitude. My Doubt is, Employer terminated employee due to some grounds but no FIR filed against such employee and even nothing any cases are pending against such person. Whether such person (dismissed) ineligible for enrollment? Is there any amendment u/s 24A of Advocate Amendment Act 1973? Whether such disqualification is permanent or any limited period? For 3rd point of section 24A Involvement of FIR is Necessary or Not Necessary? Kindly give me reply Sir. Thanks in Advance

@@evilgamerzzz3852 advocates ko bar council main enrolled hone ke sath advocates act padhna chahiye. Jisme sab kuch properly mentioned hota hai. Pr poora act padhna hai nhi, bas video mai short mai sab kuch jaana chahte hain

@@kapilyadav007 lekin new advocates ko ya law students ko ese hi social media se pata chalta hai to unka interest jagta hai in sab cheejo me. padhna chahiye sab advocates ko par kuchh basics video me bataye isme BCI ko bhi koi aapatti nahi to mujhe nahi lagta kisi or ko honi chahiye

Haan ji. Bina Bar membership leni padti he jis bhi district court, high court me practice kar rahe ho. Vohi baad me experience certificate nikalte he. Joki baad me aapko kaam aayega aage jobs ke liye ya achi firms ke liye. Judiciary preparation me time waste karne se acha he practice start kar do and dheere dheere preparation karte raho. Isse experience bhi badhta rahega and 2-3 saal baad aisa nahi lagega jaise ki kuch waste ho geya

SIR---;YOU HAVE NOT EXPLAIN CLEARLY REGARDING ENROLMENT. UNDER SECTION 24 OF ADVOCATE ACT 1961--IN THE LAST "PROVIDED " WORD HAS BEEN USED.MEANS REGARDING CONVICTION. PL CLEAR ON THIS POINT.
