All indian states have same rights as Punjab and each indian state is doing better than Punjab,the problem is Punjabis want that some one will come and fix their problems,they give great sermons and talk big but do jackshit for the state,it has highest number of youth who are drug addicts ,these people could not wipe out drugs problem from previous 2 decades,they do everything to destroy Punjab ,but they will not take responsibility for it,a serious community would have solved this issue years ago,and do you in Punjab there is a village which is established by just widows of those who died due to drugs,just imagine the scale of Problem all these people do is get out of Punjab as soon as their viza get approved and will give sermons outside of india how to improve the state ,if things remain this way I am not surprised if this situation do not get resolved ever after half a century,in country side Punjab you can find a member who uses drugs in each family.and who provide drugs to these youths these same khalistanis who fill their pockets and get out of India and control the drug business from out side of india,sikhi da mazaak bana ke rakh Diya hai.
