What Sabinus did in the first video is called Manslaughter in law. His intention was not to kill the boy. Ordinary slapping a person won't lead to death. The sickness which the boy suffered was what led to his death. The slap was just an "assistance" to his death. In this case, Sabinus cannot be held liable for murder rather manslaughter.
