Another great skit. The part where Sabinus talked about selling the pen to people who want to journal deep thoughts was very convincing in my opinion. Think about it. Why would anyone buy the luxury version of a basic product such as a pen? That pen would retail at a higher price than a Bic pen, so why should I pay a higher price for it? Branding it as luxury pen for fine penmanship might be a solution. The next step might be to couple the pen with a journal, and selling both as a single package.

@@danselmasterlee3027 so the comment is explaining how sabinu as funny as he may sound selling the pen to single person is a good idea. so in marketing we have market segmentation and target audience and that was what he did. He understood market segmentation by putting them into two group of buyers the single people and the betting people. Which lead them to be his targeted audience. So as common as a pen can be with the right marketing and advertising skill you can make it into a luxury products that is what the comment was trying to explain
