Yes you can plan..weather will be great, but you will find minimal or no snow at all.

I have seen Alto, Santro there with full load. You can try with brio with care or you can hire taxi from bairagarh to sach pass

You have to be extra careful with Brio..do not plan with full load...there are total 4-5 points in the whole stretch where u can encounter problems with ground clearance try to drive as slow as you can from those areas or as Arun mentioned above u can drive till Bairagarh and thn hire taxi from there..Good luck brother 👍

Sure bro bs 10-15 km ke bad gaddi ko thoda rest de lena cz jada oxygen na hone gaddi ka engine bhi heated ho jata so 15 to 20 minutes ka break jrur le lena bro

Chambiyal bhai Sach Pass 4400m ek bona sa pass hai duniya dekhani hai toh Leh- Ladakh aur Spiti ki visit kro kabhi,Umlingla Pass 5889m,Tanglala Pass 5500m and Shinkula Pass 5000m etc...Pangong Lake etc.
