I don't know if they are, sorry. The main building (Sacha's Hotel) has a small lobby area and there's always a staff there greeting guests. If you book the UNO EXPRESS rooms though guests can come and go using their key card to open the main door and there's no hotel staff there. Hope this helps 😊
