@@randomtrickspro8828 isne Sachin ko 2003 se pehle batting karte nahi dekha hoga kabhi.. iski profile se to lag raha hai shayad ye 2003 mein paida hua hai. Tennis Elbow injury se pehle wale Sachin ka alag hi khauff tha teams pe.. 2003 ke baad batting style change karna pada tha tennis elbow ki wajah se 2-3 saal bahut hi mediocre performance rahi Sachin ki.

V True..also Sachin Avgs 62 in Test Cricket in the Span between 1992-2002.. (10 Years) And So Many Great Bowlers were Out There)...and Even After 2007 WC to WC 2011..He Scored Many Runs in Both the Formats and Played a Pivotal Role To Make India No 1 in Tests and Odis(for Short Time)

@Richard Madden : Wouldn't say nalayak.. Srinath, Prasad, Kumble were all honestly trying their best. Just that they didn't have much experience of overseas conditions, as BCCI used to focus on ODIs and home Tests in the 90s. On average, they played only 4 Tests per year. Plus lack of self-belief, intimidation by fast bowlers, etc. Watching these matches makes us realise how much Indian team's attitude has changed, thanks to Ganguly, Dravid and others.

I grew up watching world class players like sachin and hence with 100% confidence I will say that players like kohli are not even a shadow of sachin and they are abusing international cricket

@@ruchirmundhra6716 YOu can't compare generation players, the current generation has alack of quality in bowling. If Virat plays against quality spinners Warne and murali, we can see his technique. He has not much technical correct to play spinners, for example, how Zampa got Virat many times. Only Sachin, Dravid plays spin perfectly.

@@abhinavagarwal7029 Tendulkar and Lara were comparable in Tests. Lara has played a few innings Sachin would be jealous of. However, Sachin was way ahead in LOI. Sachin is by far the most complete batsman who has played since Viv. (Viv played before I started watching, so can't comment).

Sachin played with a heavy bat which caused tennis elbow injuries and back strain , which also was the reason why he didn't get a 300+ runs in test cricket. He should have practiced hard with a light bat which would be his plan b . Yes, he would have scored atleast another 10 hundreds in test match cricket . He curbed a lot of his big shots towards the latest part of his career. Greatest batsman of all time for me , against all types of bowling and all conditions.

We used to play in dust bowls and still win in those days. These days we are sometimes clueless against opposition spinners. In 90s we has sachin, dravid, Azhar, siddhu, Ganguly, VVS all played spin well. Now we don't have such quality inspite of being a top ranked team.

We always complain Sachin doesn't perform under pressure or in second innings.... Look at the strike rate and confidence he played... All his defensive tactics is because of the lack of support and confidence from the other players... If there was couple of good players to support and stand, Sachin would have been even more aggressive between late 90s and early 2000s. Surely India would have been more competitive in Newzealand, South Africa, Australia and England

Being a Pakistani, I consider that Sachin Tendulkar is best ever Batsman of 150 years history of cricket. I disagree with the statement of sir Don Bradman that Tendulkar plays like him. I have seen the videos of Don Bradman's batting and great Tendulkar was far better than him. Don Bradman faced very ordinary bowlers but Tendulkar faced the highest ranked bowlers of the history of cricket. He faced Waseem, Waqar, Shoaib, Bret Lee, Alen Donald, Bishop, Ambrose, Walsh and Mc Grath. In the fields of spin he showed his class against Suqlain Mushtaq, Mushtaq Ahmad, Muttiah Muralitharan and Shane Warne. He scored centuries against these Giants. He showed his class in fast and bouncy pitches against bowling like rockets...

Cairns and mcmillan snatched victory from India's mouth in the 4th innings. Would have been one of sachin's match winning test ton outside the subcontinent, just like sydney 1992. Nz were 76/6, chasing 216 in 4th innings, and craig and cairns remained unbeaten till the end
