Its ok to feel depresses if something sad has happened but not to stay stuck in that attitude. Smile and laugh a lot even if you dont feel like it, the vibration of the sounds of haha and hehe can cause changes in the brain, eat more nutrient dense food depression has a lot to do with gut biota/health. If it runs in the family then what attitudes do you share, try looking at things differently and keep moving, walking and breathing helps the brain and immune system (to be immune to whats making you sad, to be immune to what you think about whats making you sad). You are a magnificent being constantly connected to the limitless boundless light, we only feel sad if we limit that light with our thinking. x

Calm breezes gently flow. You sit alone underneath the roofed screened in porch or a beautiful balcony. It is dusk. Your chair is so comfy your body melts as you drift off into sweet sensations of chimes and whirling leaves playing in the wind nearby. Your mind grows slowly quiet. You are relaxing more and more. Paying no thought to any particular thing. Keep your ears alert. Notice how you hear the wind but you don’t feel it on your face? Notice your body feels gentle warmth? You take in more deep breaths. With your eyes closed this whole time. What mental picture do you see? With my eyes shut; I envision a lake in front of my yard. Across the lake is a beautiful sunset with remnants of hues gold, red, purple and dull yellow. In front of my body are the four walls enclosing me as a open screened porch. I look at the old chipping white paint. I notice the cobwebs from spiders that were using this web long ago. I wonder deeper to envision myself in the forest. What animals do I see? Ducks. Deer. Owl. Wolves.. ? I pretend I am so still they do not see me. I watch their little ones roll around in the leaves. You can let your mind travel as far as you like. I have made a real dream catcher that I was inspired to make in 2015. The angels gave me feathers and so I put them attached to my home made dream catcher. Now the angels started giving me more feathers to add on. This past year and a half, I received an eagle feather, three crow feathers and blue jay, robin and morning doves. They fit perfectly as I already have in place seagulls, and crows. My dream catcher really works. When I was meditating just now... my dream catcher was moving and slowly swaying. I could stay here and sleep for real to this very soothing meditation. The night is young. I want to move to another meditation.

My mother collects them and I would get her one every year for her birthday,she would put them around her balcony and we would sit outside listening to them chime ,While a light breeze passing through them on a beautiful summer night. I play 3 youtube songs at once on my desktop in 3 different areas, I choose hangdrums (Alex is my fav), I then open up another youtube channel and pick bird calls (nightingale is my fav) and another channel with chimes (this is my fav). But you can mix them up. Seems I just cannot get enough of this. Oh, I also play hangdrums (alex) at .75 of the regular speed. So relaxing.

How pleasant yo start my first 2019 morning with this!! Thank you, I feel so blessed ✨

Just finished my Yoga Practice with this! And I certainly felt a better flow than usual. And I managed to do the Crow Pose with incredible ease too (I normally struggle with that pose)!
