The word chakra translates as "wheel" and it refers to a major energy centre in the body.
The sacral chakra is commonly associated with sensuality and creativity. The primary function of this energy centre is pleasure, vitality and overall enjoyment of life. When this chakra is balanced and functioning properly, we can experience immense energy, flow, creativity and sensuality.
When this chakra is out of balance, common symptoms include fertility issues, digestive problems, constipation, sexual impotence or sexual perversion, and general expressive and creative suppression. Due to ongoing cultural and religious taboos regarding sexuality, this chakra is often out of balance, stagnant or dormant in most people.
The Emotional Freedom Technique, known as EFT tapping, is a recent addition to psychology, helping people to process their emotions and clear feelings and stagnant energy in a healthy way. It can be incredibly powerful and those who may have gone through years of therapy to no avail often find success in only a couple of sessions.

Just had an amazing experience from doing this tapping! Soon as I put my awareness onto the sacral chakra my whole body started to naturally and softly sway, then continued right throughout the tapping and afterwards went even deeper and stronger as my whole body was moving in all directions in a natural and continuous dance of movement, it was incredible!!! Not thinking it but was just completely taken over by the sensation....bliss!!❤

Yes, totally fine. Crying can and does happen. Keep tapping if you can, while crying. If you can't speak, that's ok - let it happen and keep tapping if possible.
