An open mic performance of "Sacred Sovereignty"
Performing some of my older songs at an open mic, I love open mics because you get so many different kinds of performers....There was a 10 year old playing the harp, a woman playing a beautiful piece on the guitar whilst playing a harmonium with her leg (I know, SKILLS!!), a young lad playing an instrumental electric guitar piece, poets and a guy that got up to tell a story through spoken word about modern China and the future we have to come! My son Ryan got up to give us an amazing performance after a little break from being on stage! So many other acts that were amazing too, really enjoyed my evening! Thank you everyone for your creative displays of authenticity! Nice to see some first time performers too, breaking through nerves and being their awesome selves!
