Exercising is a great way to keep your body at the best it can be so that shouldn't be a sacrifice you should want to workout it has great health benefits and them not letting you eat what you want is for you not to get fat or slightly overweight. Now everything else there like the tight budget long hours etc those are sacrifices

Modelling actually requires many other things like strict diets and having to come to your agency no matter where you are as soon as they call you. It’s a lot harder than it looks

It’s just that on TOP of all the “standard” sacrifices, you have the privilege of being dehumanized, held to unrealistic standards whilst being treated in a way that only worsens your ability to meet them (Stress, starvation and exhaustion don’t exactly enhance your beauty) and paid shit wages.
