Albus Dumbledore’s death broke my heart. I’m not the kind to cry at books or movies, and to be honest I hardly ever cry, even when I’m ripped apart- don’t know why 😅. But I couldn’t help feeling for Harry Potter. The eccentric man who wanted to speak some words, a literally said a couple of words that made no sense- the man who was always calm, always cheerful, even when he was in a temper, or worried. The man who was there when Harry needed him, protecting him as much as possible by anyone at all. The man who had the guts to laugh in the face of death- the one wizard Lord Voldemort feared more than anyone else in the world. To know such a man, see him grow fond of you, treat you like a grandchild, and then get to know one day that he was far away- too far for you to ever reach him, or see him again. I know how Harry feels- losing my mentor nearly drove me mad. I still miss him, and know I always shall. Thanks to anyone who bothered to read the long message- re reading The Half Blood Prince reopened my wounds. Also, Snape’s death was a bit upsetting, but he proved himself trustworthy. RIP to Alan Rickman. Good night/ day. 😊

I feel like, out of all the characters, Lupin went through the most pain. From becoming a werewolf, to James and Lily’s death, to Sirius going to Azkaban, to discovering that Sirius was innocent but Peter Pettigrew wasn’t, to losing Sirius a few years later, and finally, to die before seeing his son ever grow up.

This is amazing , but it literally made me cry 😢
