Unsolicited advice but give meditation a try. I dunno why but when your external world seems to be falling apart and the inner world is a chaotic battlefield, introspecting really helps. I think you're great for actually recognizing the things that you're suffering with rather than just ignoring them. So you know, sit down, close your eyes and just breathe. I don't know when or how but you'll eventually understand yourself more and begin to feel better, see yourself in a different light. It will really help with self esteem. And if it's really bad do seek professional help if you can!
