True. That country has a good record in the last 50 years of making wonderful commercials. In fact, in the 70s. the biggest advertising agency in Singapore was first set up by a Filipino agency. singapore then was not a rich state. Singapore relied so much on foreign talent. Even to this day, foreigners make up the bulk of what talent is, in that small nation
