I've had a crush on a girl, my best friend, since freshman year (I'm pan. I dont care if someones trans or not. She's a normal female). We're currently juniors, about to be seniors. She's always stated that she's into girls, apparently not. Today at theatre rehearsal, as we're in theatre, for our show for contest, she told us she's made up her mind about who she wants to kiss, as we have a kiss scene, as the current male may or may not be in the show due to outside issues. She tells us that she's chosen her BOYFRIEND. Of course hearing this broke my heart and added more stress to my shoulders as I'm having to get everyones costumes together. I'm afraid to face her now. I don't know what to do. I feel like crying but no tears will fall and ease the pain. What should I do? I sit with her in every class I have with her. I won't be able to look at her nor speak with her. A friend is saying to take a mental/emotional break but I don't know how. I have so much going on in my head. I need help.
