You expect too much. Other people also have problems and they won't bother with yours if you don't wanna share them. They won't try to understand if you don't try to explain. You also need to do some work. Don't wait for others to do everything. I learnt that. No hate. Just an advice.

my girlfriend is doing through the same thing. And I understand. But the problem with that is, you won't be able to recover from problems and trauma if you don't don't talk to someone about it. especially your significant other. they will be left wondering if they have done something wrong or if they could have done something to be able to help. without communicating on what seems to be the problem, everyone that matters to you would be left clueless and hurt. So please as a stranger on the internet, talk to someone about it. I know its hard to open up especially if the trauma or problem that caused it is painful. but opening up and talking about it is the only way to ease the situation. don't bottle up your problems and trauma inside. it will slowly eat you and others around you especially those that are close to you would also be affected.

I pretend to be happy but my happiness has a mask covering the true identity of my happiness.

She told me one time while we were working together... That she thinks of me as someone who puts on a brave face.. I asked her what that meant? And she said. It means you act like everything's OK..... When it's not.

I’m too weak to be alone in this world. I am 24 and nothing horrific has ever happened to me, but I feel like I’ve been living a slow lonely death. No one wants to hear me. No one cares enough to hear me. I am just a human shell carrying emotions bottled up over years. I feel nothing because of my depression. These can only help so much. Thanks for letting me share

Thank you for sharing with us. Your really brave for doing that. And just Becasue nothing horrific has happened to yo doesn’t make your feelings invalid. And the fact you feel this alone is terrible. Even though you don’t know me, I wish I could give you a hug. I wish I could give you a million. So please give yourself a hug for me, look yourself in the mirror for me and tell yourself that you are so strong for dealing with what you’re dealing with. And I hope that soon you can deal with all of those emotions in a healthy way. Stay strong ❤️

Wow ur editing is fantabulous hun.This hits home i felt broken before i was in such a dark place 6/7 yrs ago that i didn't realize my friends and family were hurting too and i lost some of them to alcohol drug's and suicide etc. Now i try everything and anything to make sure everyone around me is really good and not just saying the word's but meaning it.

Ik how u feel bc I got taken away from my biological parents bc of there drug using and they couldn't afford me and my brother so I cry every day wishing they would change so I can see them or I think that it's my fault bc they use. I think that maybe they don't love us enough to fight for us to stop using to be clean but I cry every day

Nope. I am as well... My lady cheated on me and I found out the day after we discussed marriage and we're going to start a family. So cliche but I felt something snap and literally break inside.
