I'm so sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences. ⚘ Your art is beautiful, you are very talented. Praying for you ❤ this may sound crazy but you should consider snacking on some margerine with salt its very calorie dense and will help you with energy levels and the salt help electrolyte levels. ⚘

Low salt levels will cause edema. Please please eat more salt and electrolytes. Tofu or tuna or pork for phosphorus, kidney or white beans or avocado for potassium. Please I care about you. ❤

Almond milk and coconut water do not have a lot of electrolytes. They don't have protein but drinking throughout the day might be helpful. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your brother . I am sending you so much love❤

@kecrn4132 I won't likely ever recover, but I never ever want to get to this kind of danger zone again. It's just too hard on all of us and I want to see my daughter grow up and take care of my parents at home as they age. I love them all so much. I wonder if maybe my brother was watching over me, and sending luck my way. Xxx

So sorry for your lose-thankfully you have your daughter around to love and cherish. Just a comment about why your other videos were rejected by KZfaq-they now have a very stringent set of rules in place now with people suffering from eating disorders. They are fine with those that take you through their recovery journey (Ro Mitchell being one)and inspire those that are younger and starting their journey. For those like yourself and Rachel’s Road to recovery channel, they deem it as being detrimental and I have to agree even though I suffer like you do. Don’t give up yet as you have a very special little girl in your life who needs you. 🥰

Yes Ro is great, I really enjoy her channel. She's done so well. I wish I could be that strong and fully recover. I intend to never come to hospital again.

@@ababy6074 me too. I’m older than you and have had to go to emergency and have potassium infusions and it’s dropped to severe again so I imagine I’ll have to go back. It absolutely sucks and I can’t understand why I just haven’t been able to recover. I have 2 grown children and I know they know I could pass away from this potassium situation. They shouldn’t have to live with that fear. I feel like such an awful Mum it makes me so upset

@louisebruce1863 Oh honey, that's very hard. I'm so sorry 😞. You're still here commenting, and so there's still time for you to survive. Please do so. If you're very careful, then you don't have to die from refeeding syndrome. Check your blood sugars every day before driving, gradually increase your food, use potassium supplements, phosphate supplements, and be careful, and I think you can do this. I'd hate for you to die. @@ababy6074 I eat a bit and am on slow release potassium in high doses. I don’t go out and life has become just a day by day survival. Unfortunately I have behaviours which deplete the potassium which I’ve engaged in throughout my journey. Even though I know they’re detrimental I can’t just stop them. I don’t want this for you as you deserve better ❤️
