सुप्रभात कामत साहेब.... वसई, विरारच्या थोडंसं पुढे मस्तान नाक्याच्या आधी तुमचे एक रेस्टॉरंट बंद पडले आहे.आज त्याचे उत्तर मिळाले.ती तुमची Franchisee असावी आणि ती सुरू करण्याआधी तुम्ही दिलेल्या योग्य सल्ला/ मार्गदर्शन याकडे दुर्लक्ष करून मालकांनी अट्टाहासाने ही Franchisee सुरू केली असावी.परंतु तुम्ही दिलेल्या योग्य सल्ल्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करून सूरु केलेला एवढा चांगला व्यवसाय अखेर बंद पडला.यामुळे कळतनकळत तुमचीही प्रतिमा मलीन होत आहे.

Few years ago, I had a very bad experience on Mum-Nsk highway, at Ghoti near Igarpuri. Cold dosa, pathetic tea and dirty washrooms. Didn’t venture into a Kamat hotel again.

People are doubtfull @ hotel hygiene now a days and due to social media they learned to prepare every recipe and can satisfy their testing buds on tounge @ their home itself. And also the biggest Reasons are 'Too much Increased Hotelling Cost' & Increased Health conciousness in peoples.

अहो सर तुम्ही म्हणतात कोणत्यातरी हॉटेल वाल्याला विचारा की या धंद्यामध्ये काय फायदा आहे की नाही कोणी चांगलं सल्ला देणारा नसतो आपल्या माणसाला घाण सवय आहे की जो माणूस वरती जाईल याचा प्रयत्न करतो त्याला खाली कसं पाडाव ते लक्षात येते आणि ते म्हणतात ना तेच लागल्याशिवाय माणसाला कळत नसतं आणि बिजनेस मध्ये सुद्धा सेमच आहे😅
