I always thought this was the sleeper track on that album, really surprised how many hits it has, then again it's been many years since it was recorded. I always loved the space in this song, the spare arrangement, strings, horn, her fabulous voice and lyrics. One of my favorites of all her music...haunting.

They always seemed to stand apart for me and couldn't really be compared to anyone else's music. I've met tremendous fans and others who never understood their appeal, their first 4 albums are my favorites.

I was stationed in Berlin Germany, in 1980 and saw this beautiful lady sing. It wasn't a big arena. It was a medium size club. There wasn't and still not ANYONE that sings anything like this QUEEN...

I started following Sade when she started. Sadly not having the opportunity of seeing her in concert. She'll always be in my heart. Her voice, beauty. A poet said about her beauty. "I have seen the oceans rush to the shores to view her beauty, yet hesitant to leave." The poet! ME ;-)

What a star sade is. Just watched True Lies, this song is where Jamie Lee Curtis does her sexy dance for Arnie, and it took me right back to seeing the film at the cinema in ‘94. Where has 26 years gone 😬. A wonderful time to be a young teen
