Pai, i feel if a planet is 100 percent yogakara ( not like partial yoga kaaraka ) the ‘working dynamics’ can be different for thula rashi even if saturn is retrograde. You can comment.

please someone correct me if i have understood wrong. Saturn has entered the sign of saggitarius on 26th jan 2017 at 18:13 , and at that exact time moon was also transiting saggitarius at 25 degrees in saggitarius, which is 12th from natal moon for capricorn rashi people, that means Iron pad. Am i right? so for all of the capricorns rashi people current sade sati has come in Iron pad. right?
