When Sadguru is talking about being boundless, one becomes boundless when one doesn't judge or fight with their thoughts, then their breath will stop being agitated as well by their compulsive and agitated mind, their breath will start to become calm and peaceful and they will feel calm and peaceful, and when your calm and peaceful you become boundless, you are at peace with everything and everyone, so meditation is the art of calmng the breath to become boundless.

Good to know that 2000 years ago someone longed to write a book to address sheep population then. But why the hell did people start following it. I sincerely feel, it is time the author descends again from his Father and writes a book solely intended for humans. he spends over 70% of his time in rural India. question answered. he had created rally for rivers with almost 100 million pledged volunteers.... biggest movement in earth's history for the environment and now cauvery calling. hes doing and done enough for 1000 lifetimes and still much more to do

What if you are cremated and not buried - no worms, no maggots, no insects. Free Guitar, Wake up, You need to go beyond your old reprinted book. Maybe ask the author to meet Sadhguru and come up with a new edition of the book fit enough for present times. It's last print is lagging behind by close to 2000 years buddy😄😄
