For the most part, this is his most sensible interview so far, esp about the language issue, about politicians needing to work at governance rather than being in constant election mode.

To all the idiots here spewing nonsense about Sadhguru...I thought i would write to put some sense into your thick brains. But then i realised i would only be wasting my time. One can help a blind man, but one can't help someone who is determined to keep his eyes closed and not see the truth. Sadhguru is not going around singing or dancing in shows...this man is imparting his light to help us see the way to realise the ultimate truth. Thats why he is GuRu. Thats why his commitment to his followers is his ultimate dharma and what even Sri Ram would have done in his stance. Dear Sadhaguru, it will be better if you speak Sanskrit language instead of English. It could have solved the issue of both North and South Indian. Still English is a language of invader only. The same request is to Government of India also for declaring Sanskrit as a national language at the earliest without any further delay. The decision is already delayed by more than 75 years .

If a common language has to be adopted to unify all states then whats the problem with thenative HINDI which has a greater reach than any other regional language? Why adopt a Foreign tongue as a medium of exchange? Hindi just happened to be a common medium of exchange before,through and after independence. If there were any other language,even Tamil,for that matter,i wouldnt have had any problem in accepting Tamil as a Common National language but I would never accept a Foreign language(english) to be made a common medium of exchange among Indian States... Nobody is denying the fact that a ram mandir should be built nor any body or any religion is saying anything against it. But the point is why should a political party or any of its members be involved with it or with the inauguration of the temple. Even when you do grihapuja of your new house you call a purohit. Do you call a politician to inaugurate it? NO. Then why in case of ram mandir it has not been handed over to the holy priests of India. Maybe even Sadhguru could have been called to do the inauguration and do the puja. Why a politician be concerned with it? Is is a political issue or programmer? That is what even shankaracharya has raised the point. And he is correct in doing so. No other logic can apply in case of ram mandir. Why should a politician or political party be concerned with it?
