@@saurabhdada1602 dont be so rude bro, its true that westerns have done very bad things to eastern world, but 5 fingers not are alike, there can also be some good ones but good ones were not enough and also failed to restrict them, new western world is new they think 2000 years ago people evolved from monkey and were primitive lol, but we know 11,000 years ago in Lord Ramas era (treta yug) and 5000 years ago in Krishnas era (dwapar yug) our ansestors used to travel in vimanas but after the world war of mahabharat war all ancient advanced civilizations were destroyed in war, only india managed to survive the war and also managed the knowledge of yoga, ayurveda, mother of martial art and 112 ways of enlightenment and all of it survived the test of time, but other civilizations had to restart from the stone age, so in fact western world is like a kid and still growing and learning so it needs more wisdom. in subject of ayurveda, it was also present in 11,000 years ago in treta yug of rama, when his brother was wounded by weapon of indrajeet, ayurveda cured him then, but yoga and ayurveda both are inventions of shiva along with martial arts and 112 ways of enlightenment that he gave so all of it is definitely much much older then 11,000 years ago.
