I didn’t know this until I was about 33 years-old; until then, I believed everything that passed through my head. You can imagine how troubling this was, and also how LIBERATING it was - so late in life - when I finally learned my thoughts aren’t all factually true and shouldn’t be trusted! Freedom from suffering!

8:17 This reminds me of a time I was on a long drive to Los Angeles. I was alone on the open road in my '79 El Camino, & feeling miserable. I decided it was up to me if I was going to have a good drive or a bad drive, so I threw in a Bob Marley CD and started singing and dancing with the windows down, wind blowing my hair. Soon enough a car came up and we were roaddogz all the way to L.A., letting each other pass and waving at each other, smiling. That never would have happened if I hadn't decided to let my hair down and be joyful for what I had

You are the nature Sadhguru ! When you speak, the nature speaks through you . You are not a vyakthi but you are a Shakthi and you are the very reason I am taking charge of my life. Oh Sadhguru , I bow down to you with every second of my life. I dedicated my life to follow your teachings and do the Kriyas you thought me 🙇🙇‍♀️🙏🕉💐🙌👏💪🤝

I like the simplicity of your explanations, very understanding of the meaning of life. Everyone always has questions about themselves. My question to you is; when did you know you could help human society with your knowledge. How was your set of mind from a childhood, to attract the life you have now...Many thanks and a great respect to you🙏

Because one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn't need others' approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her. Friendship with oneself is all important, because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else in the world.
