To me yoga means make living our spirit which a human absorbs soon or later after birth. The said spirit flows into human body as it is fated by Karma. Once we continue to live we should clean, refurbish our Spirit. The best way to clean and refresh our inner spirit can be Yoga to some. But we have other ways to clean our Godly spirit like meditation, right acts, sports, and so many rightful human acts. ( this is simply). Great humans like Sadhguru are exceptional spirits bestowed by the Nature God. And many more like Buddha,

If you do right things even for wrong reasons or without even knowing the reasons you will have right outcome. This is what bhartiya traditional living enunciated by band of Yogi/munis tried to achieve by teaching through stories of Purans/ Panchatantra/Yogas/ Upanishads/Geetas. Object was to get the right rhta/order by creating disciplined persons by hook or crook by exposing them to conscious living. It never aimed at creating uniformity as like Abrahamic religions.

may be her eye was swollen or something which she wants not to show , it's not distracting in her experience she was showcasing what she has to, let her be own judge if she can or can not push the hair back, lovely anchor she did her duty in the best possible way .. had she been doing Yoga she might not be appearing like that and if you were doing Yoga you might have not commented if i wasn't doing Yoga I would not have understood it properly
