I have been kind of sedentary for all my life. I am 26 years old. Although I am somehow in relative good shape and form , and I do some sports and some yoga, there are many unfixed problems in my body. I have been all my life very unflexible and when I was a child the doctors said that I had some kind of hip limitation in the bones, but that was never cleared. Also they said I had congenit ''shortened muscles'' i believe that was bullshit also, but that conditioned me. So now I have low flexibility, specially in my legs, hips and weak back and spinal column, and also neck tension in the left part and a shoulder luxated 3 times which has moved forward. I also have skin scars due to an accident I had with a fire in my house. So although the situation I want to think it is fixable and I can create joy in my body, but you know, I just write this because I wonder if I can overcome all this sociall and genetic bagage that I have created. I wish I was more responsible in my younger ages and have done yoga all my life.... now I am here wondering if I am going to be able to blend all this problems and transform myself into a realized yoga, because I yearn for ultimate liberation.

can i know the background music please

I have been listening to Sadhguru of late and benefitted much from the wisdom of his teachings. Can someone explain to me why it is necessary to build these images (the 112 ft physical images of Shiva)? I'd appreciate it (you may send me a personal message if you wish). It's just that without that knowledge/explanation it sounds very religious-like and 'worshipping of idols' type thing that I have been avoiding in the first place. Like Christians worshipping the cross/Jesus. Why is the statue necessary? Can't we just focus on ourselves and what is necessary and not have to make anyone from the past of special significance? I am genuinely concerned, and would appreciate actual answers, not a quarrel.

1. Is Adiyogi the image of Almighty? 2. If not, then in which dimension did he created seven Rishis? 3. Sadhguru said that Adiyogi sculpture is made like this to symbolize man's own image, realising the Truth / Liberation. Does it mean Almighty or The Supreme Authority of Infinite Creation is somebody else? 4. Sadhguru said that Adiyogi is the God of Ignorance in one of his videos. Does it mean He is not the All Knower? It seems that He himself is the Creation of Some Other Powerful Entity than Him? Pls Reply

hi there I try meditating a couple of times .one time I felt like my body was cross like I didn't know my left from my right. the next time my body was like an S.not straight. the next time the most interesting on I felt like my consciousness was like a giant figure over me .can someone please tell me what dose it mean
