So I think this video needs to be longer or combined with sadgurus other videos about kudalini by the title alone it encourages alignment of the chakras and in the west they'd think kudalini yoga would be how so this video just scratches the surface a indepth dive would be his videos on chakras in sadguru exclusive his videos about kudalini and his videos about horoscopes to get a overall understanding still the video was great 🙏

Don't try to extract methods of aligning the chakras and reaching those states from this video. Here sadhguru is talking about an overview of these aspects. He has given various methods of working it in many of Isha's programs. It has changed my life 🙏 ♥️ It starts with Inner Engineering Program where you will be taught Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya which is extremely beneficial for our system.

@@ideasshowering Firstly enroll for inner engineering program and complete the sessions..Later wait for the inner engineering Completion program in which the Shambhavi Mahamudra initiation happens...After completion of the shambhavi initiation various programs are there that you can attend in the isha foundation like Shoonya,Bhava spandhana,Samyama etc.. And remember Upa yoga are the preparatory steps for learning Hatha Yoga..
