yes sadguru.. when I was young and before marriage .. I use to stay late nights .. not for drink or not for any other things just walk on roads .. talk to friends.. really I do not know.. it just happened .. now if I recall .. I feel I too good.. even now (I am 40) ..3 day I can work with just 2/3hrs sleep.. I am pure vegetarian .. no egg , no milk .. I just eat whatever god given to me at that time.. I never search for food.. now I am seeing so much difference btw me and other.. a whole lot people search for food when the weekend comes.. I do not do any miracles ..sure I do not some good things for my life...

To shed the burdens of constantly scavenging leaves much room for enjoyment. It is a psychopath who wants more than we need and is caught in relentless cycles of fear. I believe carrion eaters ingest a lot of terror hormones from their victims.

Sadhguru 🙏. Maximum respect to you. 1. There are some who become doctors following their passions. 2. There are some who get into medical with low merit but purely on reservation. 3. There are many who become doctors because their parents have a nursing home and they need to fit in the inheritance. 4. & There are some who are pressurized to join medicine by parents for social status. Medicine study in private colleges is very expensive, upon completion of course, primary focus is to earn back the investment. The process of greed gains momentum and becomes a practice for long term. No offence intended towards doctors, some of them are life saving gods. There are bunch of others who are fleeces

I lost my mother suddenly at the age of 38. Being the eldest Imwas 15 and my sister and brothers much younger. I used to be in tears even while studying. So, my Hindi teacher one day spoke to me and said are not being selfish because you lost your mother.What if she had developed something incurable and God blessed her with a sudden and painless death. Must be good for her.If it is good for her would you contradict. Secondly, if God says I have to take someone who? I said Me. He said thats again being selfish as you did not think of the pain your parents will go through. It helped me overcome.

Thank you Sadhguru, We are caught in the Grip of medicine on steroids here in the US. And it has been viewed as a "crime" to engage in common sense as well as knowledgeable holistic methods for wellness. This shift in attitude can't come soon enough.

The more i know modern medicine the less ibelieve in its prowess, and the more my faith in my Lord and his benevolence grows, exponentially, and i remain everthankfull for all the grace and blessings.
