One thing I feel like sharing to everybody watching this..in life whatever may happen don't always stuck on the things that did not happen or workout to you.if u start lingering over your mistakes or things it doesn't help u in any way.instead take it as experience to better ur life in the next possible chance in life .we have many opportunities coming up don't waste them,if u fail learn from them ,better yourself that's it .overthinking about past and thinking about karma doesn't fetch u anything.this is my personal experience. Sometimes we suffer karma from our actions from our past Sometimes we suffer karma from the actions of our parents and grandparents In their past But in this lifetime the truth about us The truth about me is I am not perfect Yet I aspire everyday to be the best version of myself At this time of my long life I have risen from the ashes and emerged as a winner because God did not make me as a loser. God made me as winner of all my battles. I am a survivor of all my childhood and adulthood circumstances because of my Faith in Father God I have meet several storms in my life very heavy storms Yet I am powerful to withstand all the storms Because I have learned to sail my ship With God beside me . I believe one's life is dependent on others...you can't say I made all these only because of my talent.. human is a social animal...so when that strong bond breaks you will be detached from particular relationships....and most importantly the world suffers from lack of listeners... people are interested in hearing not listening, seeing not observing, reading not analysing

I have learned to accept than expect ❤️

The things Sadhguru says make so much sense, it immediately clicks and I feel inspired to live my life joyfully but when it’s time to implement these things in life it’s much more difficult, the mind immediately goes back to its original way of thinking and I can’t seem to fight these emotions although I understand that i am an accumulation of impressions and food, i am not the body nor the mind, that what I’m truly suffering is past memory and future thoughts. I can agree with these things but the mind is a powerful thing. I am doing my sadhana/Isha kriya to “obliterate” these boundaries of my individuality but am unsure when these things will unfold the clarity that I am seeking. When the mental noise will be quieted, or if it ever will. I am extremely curious though to see how things will change for me and will continue to work towards becoming meditative. I’ve been on somewhat of a “spiritual/ self help” journey for a while now and Sadhguru is the first person where everything makes so much sense to me and that what he says is the way things really are in life, they resonate profoundly. It’s like I get glimpses and tastes of this feeling of blissfulness and being at ease that are exactly how I’d like to live my life but they don’t last very long. Has anyone really been transformed from yoga, are you living everyday life at ease now compared to before?

Let's accept gracefully what we have already got in life and live happily with it in the rest of our life ! A little positivity in life makes it that much more worthwhile and meaningful !
