Remember to be respectful of incense, don't over use the resins, mass production is causing damage to the precious trees that provide us such a gift.

If incense make up dizzy or have a headache it most likely not natural. Incense should have a pleasant and mild aroma that's not overly smoky and have an overall relaxing affect.

When we burn sambrani in my house, it really brings positive energy. This the reasons why nah Indian ppl interest to buy them nd burn on festival days. That's why temples give us so much positive energy nd we get some peace there, when we visit temples.

Incense and bells! We also use the bell to shake up thoughts in the mind and the silence that follows one is able to enter a place of meditation in a state of mindlessness. Also the vibrations created reverbrate and create a peaceful state.
