@Anikesh and Sai....Brothers, this is a very dangerous idea of yours in Pakistan we've already tried and garbaged this min. qualification standard for contesting in Elections it's vile and now the parliament has done away with it. We have another 'Sadiq aor Ameen' clause through which the election commission decides whether the contestant has moral and character to be the representative of the people, still the same corrupt and liars contest and win elections under the very nose of 'Sadiq aor Ameen' clause.
