Thank you for sharing your viewpoint. I am a Pakistani American, originally from Islamabad City. I have lived in USA since 1990, and I absolutely agree with what the lady has mentioned here. It also applies equally to Canada and USA. The cost of living here in USA is about 10 times more then Pakistan, in everything, plus there are more associated costs such as paying city, state, federal income tax, mortgage, health insurance, etc. which are a MUST and most people do not do that in Pakistan, which they should :) Also in Pakistan the salaries may be 10 times less, but everything evens out, since everything is at least 10 times more expensive in the UK, USA, Canada. So people who are fortunate enough to have a job that pays you at least equal of $500 in Pakistan, you are RICH. The average pay in USA is $4,000 or so. I am not talking about Engineers or Doctors, not everyone is a Doctor or engineer in USA. The student life is very tough here as well. On top of Study pressure you have to Work, to survive, many people with high qualifications from Pakistan, doctors or engineers, have to get US certification, or further education here, in order to gain any good employment, and until they do, they have to work at a Gas Station/Petrol Pump, or Grocery stores like 7 Eleven store. All for just minimum pay and at odd hours like Nigh shifts, in very high crime areas, where you risk your life every day, and on top if it all, you have to deal with extremely cold weather, in the UK, USA and Canada, equal to living on Nanga Parbat, in Pakistan, same type of below freezing weather. And then there is Open Western Culture. Where you have to send your children to Schools, where they are now forcing LGBT and other Sex education on children, thru liberal, and other government mandation. So all is not Rosy in USA, Canada or UK. If you work Hard, and work for the Change in Pakistan, make Pakistan Better. When we Pakistani people visit back home in Pakistan, we feel very relaxed and envy the people in Pakistan, who drive good cars, and live in nice beautiful homes of Pakistan. The homes of Pakistan are much more modern now a days, with Marble and good solid material, unlike Wooden, Chalky Dry walls, which are easily damaged. The granite marble so common in Pakistan, is extreme luxury here in USA, where even in well designed homes you can only find the granite Marble in the Kitchen Shelf area mostly, but in Pakistan you can have your whole home inside and outside made of Very rare Marble tiles. So Pakistan is Highly Blessed by Allah SWT Almighty, and food in Pakistan is 10 times more tasty then in USA. So make Pakistan better. We pray that Pakistan gets a better government so that all its people prosper and make Pakistan great and we Pakistanis stuck in USA, UK, Canada can also Move BACK to Pakistan, as long as we live on this Planet, which is a temporary life anyway. Sister the thing is that, in UK always Permanent Residency was difficult. Taxes are higher. In short UK is a very small country. Pakistan is bigger than the UK in terms of land. Anyways, I am still thankful to UK they given me the opportunity to study here and get the quality education. Currently, I am on PSW soon migrating to Canada. Keep up the good work sister.

Very useful for those thinking of moving to uk. I live here in london and i have seen people get shocked when they come to uk now esp with family . First and most serious problem to find a rented house then job then they are used to go to doctor for every little reason aur yahan mar ker bhi anti biotic na milay. So much and more. If you earn well in pakistan plz dont leave . But if its hard there then you can surely take risk.

No one is leaving UK for any reason at all. The best living place in the world is united Kingdom and the main reason is very effective law and order, nothing else is important at all. You live or die anywhere in the world for many reasons but if protective by the state law and order with justice without individual colour or creed, that's absolutely fine. In pakistan disabled, orphans and widows are begging on roads but in UK they are living luxurious lives only because of UK government law. And don't forget that a single Pakistani earning in the UK and sending his earnings to pakistan is equal to 7000 Pakistanis earning in pakistan. More over in pakistan people respect you because of your money but in UK people respect each others because of law,and don't forget that in pakistan there is no Islamic education in schools unless you send your children to Madrassas.

It's time to Asia, currently China is rising and will be followed by India and then to Indonesia and so on! People may leave the UK for various reasons, including job opportunities abroad, better quality of life, lower living costs, or dissatisfaction with political and social conditions in the UK.

As someone who is born and raised in the UK. I can confirm that this is absolutely correct and that many people want to leave the UK. The cost of living in the UK is horrendous as mentioned in the video, Mortgage, council tax, Gas and electric bills, phone bills, pertol, food, etc. The list is endless as is the taxed amount. I would definitely endorse moving to another country as the UK is very unstable and politically heading towards a right wing landscape as is a lot of europe already.

One important cost you have ignored. You mentioned education free but you forgot to mention university education just fee 28000£ for three years degree program. Students become under 50000£ debt to complete degree. And interest rate on that loan is too high.

UK has always been an expensive country. That is why only rich people were migrating. Seeing them the middle class and poor class decided to move and now here they live in such a bad state struggling to pay bills and afford food. it’s better to go back home or to a different country which is better.

Inflation har jagha hai, poore Europe mein balke saari dunya mein yahi haal hai! Loans ke liye interest rates bhi ab normal hein, yahi rates thay 2008/2009 tak uske baad abnormally low ho gaye thay ussi hisaab se properties ke rates bhi high chale gaye thay ab market mein correction ayegi. 20 se 30% rates neeche ayenge aur ussi mein interest cover ho jayega!
