That's stretching it a bit. Sturridge is a class above, as is Coutinho. It's debateable with the rest I grant you that. The thing is, players like Mane are generally in teams as THAT type of player in the team. They might have 1 or 2 other creative sparks but in general that's it, and they shine. I fear he might just get lost in the crowd of creative players already in the team. Too many cooks and all that. Sometimes last season it was way too complicated with Lallana, Coutinho, Firmino plus a Milner or Allen and Clyne and Moreno, there was just too many options and it got way too crowded. That's why most of LFC's best play happens on the counter when we have less players up the pitch.

Haha.. Mane is twice the player Daniel is at the moment. Coutinho and Mane are on a different level and maybe Matip too in terms of potentially world class talents that we have that will start for most teams in the premier league.

Unfortunately Coutinho is too predictable going to his right. Any player who watches film knows how easy it is to stop him by blocking his runs and passes to the right. Rare that he even uses his left to pass more than 5 yards. As a defender you love this and fear players who have equal ability to both sides.

Randall Tinfow defenders always know that Messi and Robben go to the left, but nobody catches thème(most of the time). They saw you what they do, but you barely stop them... it's their vital challenge, the sign of greatness.

Great players can control the ball no matter where it's given to them, over the top long balls or short balls, but a lot of times this season he's mis-controlled it and cost Liverpool chances of scoring. He's ordinary at best.
