2:12 I guess it's the bridge pickup, so at 2:24 it's the neck pickup. The pan knob on Sadowsky basses is inverted.

Nice review. You do have the pickup mixed up in the first part of the video. Should be Bridge first and and Neck second

Were there any issues with 60 cycle hum?

I asked the same and the guitar department of Thomann replied that this problem has now been overcome. However, let's not forget that the J pickup is a single coil!
