SAF Central Band Thrills Crowd at Virginia International Tattoo 2023 (Edited Version)

Over 15,000km away in the US, thousands of visitors turned up at the Scope Arena in the city of Norfolk for the ‪@virginiatattoo‬!
With a cast of over 800 performers, this year’s Tattoo saw the return of crowd favourites such as the Singapore Armed Forces Central Band, and ‪@MusicDramaCompany‬!

Anyone here joined me in the 1990 military tattoo held at National Stadium ? That was a great show when ASEAN armed forces band gave a spectacular performances, particularly the TNI and MAF. Unforgettable 👍

Great to see the band and its impressive sound but it would have been nice if it had played at least one full march instead of all the all the song and dance numbers. I guess you guys could not partake in the NATO Parade not being a member, but would have been nice to see band in the event anyway. A nice professional job on the video,

I enjoyed all their past military tattoo, unfortunately, this was a disappointment in my opinion, in terms of the song choice and arrangements. Well, that's just my opinion though. they still perform great though. I wish them all the best. (still, the song choice and arrangements could have been a lot better, I'm whining... as a fan...)

@@mohamedsallehmdnooh35completely agree. The 2008 one in Quebec City was excellent imo....combining Sgrean cultural elements with Quebec's favourite unofficial anthem at mid section. This 2023 one in Virginia is way too Americanized, lacking Sgrean elements, even though they did a great job. Just felt they were 'sucking up' too much to the Americans.
