The lights were not alligned. You need to get it alligned. Also if relay was not installed all the load of excess watt will fall on the regular wiring which is not recommended for long run.

Osram is a German company and Philips is a Dutch company. Both are equally good and reputed. Both are manufactured in China just like most of the electronics. Light output is not everything, focus of light matters a lot. This is where Chinese companies lack, which was evident in your case. Either you should have gone with Osram leds which are more than enough or should have upgraded your low beam instead of high beam. Anyway since you have already upgraded and invested in it use it responsibly. Also one should always stick to the same wattage of the bulbs which comes with the vehicle and not with higher wattage, it may cause heating issues. Also after market led don't perform well in reflectors but perform good in projectors. But high quality(better engineered) products like osram performs much better in reflectors in comparison to the Chinese ones

Good to see your concern about person coming from other side as these lights can literally blind him/her. If possible please go back to stock lights and spread awareness about this. It affects not only sedan and hatchback cars but bikes and cyclists as well. Thank you.

2 Honest suggestion deta hoon. 1st high beams ko align karni ki zaroorat hai, its not properly aligned and just spreading here n there. 2nd Foot rest se ground clearance kam hua hai and increases chance of scrbbing over big humps and speed breaker

You need to adjust the throw to little high..there is a option to do it inside the bonnet. Light brightness is very good.

Same watts ki LED and helogen me LED zyada a6a through degi. Jo LED me 120 watts lagta hay wo helogen me 1200 watts lagta hay.But LED aakhon me bohot lagti hay. Mere sath bhi ak bar hua tha. Kuch der mene thik se nahi dikh payatha. Iss liya helogen hi high beam ke liye thik hay.

Sir, Don't use 120 watts lights in your safari. I have also got installed but now lights headlight has been damaged. Heat produced by these lights are more then the handling capacity of headlight. Just a suggestion for you.

Pehli baat its recommended to drive on low beam on highways . Apne 120 w ki led lagwake apni khud ki safety ke saath compromise kiya hai . Single lane road pe yeh saamne waale ko andhaa kar degi . Kitna dikhega usse yeh aap khud test karke dekhiyein ek baar dark mey Doosra point foot rest lagwake apne safari ka ground clearance kam kar diya hai. Dear Koushikji.. only few technical things you must have thought about.. Temperature of 120 W Led. Is this according to specification? Will the reflectors able to handle it? Also if this is as per regulation. I think you should not have gone beyond 55W. I think H7 Led with 21 W would have done the job. That is it. Second the side footstep you have put will increase the weight of the car by good few more Kgs.. so the criteria should be strong by light weight.. hope you checked it too... On that front I think the one that comes from Tata motors are light weight but strong.. yes expensive too..
