Hello, Is the parking area at 1:08 restricted? Because from the google map I can see there were some vehicles parked , thanks~

This is no longer parking place there. Due to the amount of tourist, there no free parking anymore. Park the harbour and pay for it. Otherwise you risk getting a fine. And the municipality of Moskenes is very strapped for cash, and will not hesitate fine any wrongly parked car.
