Here's a tip that helps me shift: listen to subliminals like this one while interacting with your DR (read your script; if it's a tv show or movie, watch it; if it's a book, read it; read/write fanfiction; visualize; imagine scenarios; etc.)

I’ve heard multiple people testify that they’ve either shifted from Celestial Subliminal’s subliminals, or have not gotten any negative effects from them, and vise versa. It seems more likely that Celestial Subliminals is innocent, because negative effect symptoms can be reasonably caused without negative subliminals. I probably would test their subs for myself, because if I remember correctly, someone commented on that shifting sub where a slowed down version of “the room where it happened” (I don’t know the person who made it) played and they said that they tested the safety of the subliminal somehow. So if you can find that comment, I recommend doing the process that’s described there. If you can’t find the comment, or for some reason, can’t do the method they described, I recommend googling ways to check subliminals. I’ve never done it myself, but it might work.
