I don’t believe in forgiveness. Everyone talks about forgiveness and I see it as BS. Acceptance of what was done to you, yes. Understanding what and/or why, yes. Forgiveness, no. People know exactly what they are doing. Forgiveness means not showing up for yourself. There is a video by Dr. Ramani that also says the same.
