Sago Gula Melaka with Coconut Milk ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:
150g Sago
5 cups Water (to boil sago)
Sauce:
100g Gula Melaka (Palm Sugar)
40ml Water
2 pieces Pandan Leaves (knotted)
100ml Thick Coconut Milk
40ml Water
2 pieces Pandan Leaves (knotted)
Steps:
Bring to boil 5 cups water
Add sago and cook until become translucent
Remove and raise with water
Scope into small bowl and lightly press
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Add pandan leaves, water and palm sugar into a pan
Boil until palm sugar dissolve
Remove and let it cool
Bring to boil coconut milk, water and pandan leaves
Remove and let it cool
Assembly:
Put the sago into serving bowl
Add coconut milk and palm sugar
