Bhai Sahb...notary ki POA ki koi value nahin h... Nor u can avail loan nor u can go to the court for any dispute... Sale deed jab tak registered nahin hoti.. Koi value nahin... Baki mkt me sab bik raha h... 🤣 tks for other information...

Pehli baat to GPA ke through koi v property nai leni chahiye kyunki wo gov se approved nai h...Yani future me koi dispute hota v h toh apka koi stand hi nai rahega arr GPA ko aap tehsil me jaake registry v nai kra sakte kyunki wo gov se approved h hi nai.....Toh option hi whi h ki koi local notary se registry karwana

Delhi main 25% land GS ki H or 75% DDA ki H sayad aapko nhi pata. GPA par property lenay wala jameen ka malik nhi hota as per law
